Overview – How Vendion Marketing Works

Vendion Marketing (formerly GästCRM) is a module for building relationships with your guests. Guest profiles can be enriched through linked orders and bookings. You can also create guests manually and need to check contact details and messaging choices.
Key features:
- Guest registry with profiles, visit history, and AI insights
- Tags (manual and automatic) for categorizing guests
- Segments for filtering guest groups
- Campaigns via SMS and email
- Automations that send messages at the right moment
- CRM dashboard with key metrics and insights
- Waiter Intel – AI-generated guest context for servers
Seven tabs in the module:

Access: Go to Marknadsföring (Marketing) in the admin menu.
