Guest Profile – Detailed Customer View

Open Admin → Marknadsföring → Gäster → Register and click a guest to view their profile.

Profile overview (at the top):

• Name, phone, email, and birthday
• Source (via POS, booking, QR order, or manual)
• SMS and email consent (opt-in status)
• Tags (manual and automatic)
• Buttons: Redigera, Skicka SMS, Skicka Email (edit, send SMS, send email)

Key figures (four cards):

• Visits (total)
• Total spend
• Average spend
• Frequency (e.g. "Every 14 days")

Sections (collapsible):

• Favoriträtter (Favorite dishes) – Top 5 most-ordered dishes
• Senaste besök (Recent visits) – Paid orders with date and total (click to see the items)
• Bokningar (Bookings) – Number of bookings, no-shows, and avg party size, plus upcoming and past bookings
• Aktivitetslogg (Activity log) – Visits, tags, campaigns, and notes
• Anteckningar (Notes) – Editable notes for restaurant staff
• GDPR – Consent status, export guest data, and erase guest data

Waiter Intel: Near the top of the profile, you can generate an AI summary when the guest has sufficient history.

Messages: Check the contact details and SMS/email choices next to the buttons before sending. A booking service message is different from a campaign.

Edit: Click Redigera to change name, phone, email, birthday, and consent. Notes are edited directly in the Anteckningar section.
