How Guests Enter the System

Guests are created automatically – you don't need to do anything manually.
Automatic customer linking happens at:
- Payment in the POS – If the guest provides a phone number (e.g. via SMS receipt), a customer profile is created automatically
- Booking – The guest who books online or manually is linked via phone number
- Walk-in – If staff registers a phone number for a walk-in
- Online ordering – Via QR code/chat ordering
What's saved automatically:
- Name, phone, email
- Number of visits and total spending
- Average spend
- Favorite dishes (top 5)
- Latest and first visit
- Booking history and no-shows
- Average party size
Tip: Encourage staff to send SMS receipts – it's the easiest way to build a customer database.
