How Guests Enter the System

Guests are created automatically – you don't need to do anything manually.

Automatic customer linking happens at:

• Payment in the POS – If the guest provides a phone number (e.g. via SMS receipt), a customer profile is created automatically
• Booking – The guest who books online or manually is linked via phone number
• Walk-in – If staff registers a phone number for a walk-in
• Online ordering – Via QR code/chat ordering

What's saved automatically:

• Name, phone, email
• Number of visits and total spending
• Average spend
• Favorite dishes (top 5)
• Latest and first visit
• Booking history and no-shows
• Average party size

Tip: Encourage staff to send SMS receipts – it's the easiest way to build a customer database.
