    Loyalty – Level Perks

    Level perks are set under Marknadsföring → Lojalitet → Nivåer. Press Spara alla nivåer when you are done.

    PoängmultiplikatorThe guest earns more points per krona on this level. Points are qualifying amount times points per krona times the multiplier, rounded down to whole points.
    Fast rabattA percent discount for identified members. By default it does not apply to alcohol, only to food and non-alcoholic drinks. To apply it to the whole bill, turn on Nivårabatt även på alkohol under Marknadsföring → Lojalitet → Inställningar. In the payment window the discount is already taken off Att betala. On the receipt it is Lojalitetsrabatt.
    FödelsedagsbonusExtra points on the guest's birthday. The birthday must be on the guest card. The default is 0.
    Gratis vara vid besökOne menu item, at most once per day. In the till the button appears when the guest is linked. Staff hand the item out. If it was already taken today, the panel says so. In online ordering the guest sees it as Din nivåförmån. The perk is not available when the chain shares one loyalty programme.
    Förmåner att visaFree text the guest sees under Dina förmåner on Mina sidor and in ChatOrder, and staff see in the till's loyalty panel. The till shows at most two lines. The text is not an automation. Staff follow it themselves.

    The switch Välkomstautomation (Skicka ett SMS när en gäst når nivån, send an SMS when a guest reaches the tier) is on from the start. The message Ny nivå uppnådd under Marknadsföring → Automationer stays off until you turn it on. The text fills in the level name and perks. A level at 0 kr sends every new member the message on the first purchase if the switch is on. Turn it off on that level if you do not want that.

    Points redeemed show as a discount in the till. The level's free item is a separate perk. There is no Belöningar tab in admin for creating a new points catalogue. Previously created point rewards can still appear.

    The level does not flag bookings in the booking system.
