Overview – Loyalty, Gift Cards and Stamp Cards

Vendion Loyalty is a brand new module (April 2026) that gives you three retention tools in the same system as the POS, booking, and CRM. No external apps, no integrations – everything runs on the same customer data.

All three are optional and can be toggled individually. They combine: a guest can simultaneously earn points, stamps, and pay with a gift card.

Why build loyalty inside Vendion rather than an external app?

• Same system as the POS – no sync errors, no lag
• Points earned automatically on paid orders – no membership card required
• Auto-enrollment via phone number – no apps to install
• Tags and segments connect automatically – tier progression instantly available in campaigns
• Full accounting integration – gift cards handled according to Swedish VAT law

Getting started:

1. Go to Marketing → Loyalty → Settings
2. Toggle "Loyalty program active"
3. Configure earning (points per SEK) and redemption (value per point)
4. Create your tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, or custom names)
5. On the next paid order the guest auto-enrolls

Roles and permissions:

• Owner/manager: full control over loyalty settings
• Server in POS: can redeem points for guests (junior staff can be restricted)
• Guest: self-service via public link or checkout sidebar

Reporting:

• Dashboard under Marketing → Loyalty shows active members, average points, redemption rate, and tier distribution.
• Segment by tier in campaigns (e.g. "Send 15% discount to all Platinum members before the weekend").
