Express – Guest Experience

What it looks like for the guest.

Ordering:

1. The guest taps the screen to start
2. Chooses "Dine in" or "Takeaway"
3. Browses the menu via categories or search field
4. Taps a product → sees details, variants, modifiers
5. Adds to the cart
6. Repeats until everything is ordered

Allergen filter: The guest can activate allergen filters – products that don't match are dimmed.

Review and pay:

1. The guest taps Review order
2. Sees all items with the option to change quantities
3. Taps Pay
4. Completes the payment
5. Sees confirmation screen with receipt number

Timeout: If the screen is inactive for 2 minutes, a warning is shown. If the guest doesn't respond, the kiosk resets to the attract screen.
