Vendion's online ordering lets guests order via QR code or link. The AI assistant (Chat Guest) helps the guest choose from the menu.
Three ways to order:
- QR code at the table – The guest scans a QR code linked to a specific table. The order is automatically connected to the correct table in the POS.
- Direct link – Share a link via social media, SMS, or your website. The guest orders for pickup or delivery.
- Embedded widget – Add an iframe to your own website so guests can order directly from there.
How it works:
- The guest opens the ordering page via QR code, link, or widget
- The AI assistant (Chat Guest) greets and helps the guest navigate the menu
- The guest places their order through the chat
- The order goes directly to the POS and the kitchen KDS
- Staff handles the order just like any other order
Benefits:
- Reduces wait time for the guest
- Relieves staff during peak hours
- The AI handles allergy questions and recommendations automatically
- All guest data is linked to the CRM
- Same menu as in the POS – always up to date
