    Vendion's online ordering lets guests order via QR code or link. The AI assistant (Chat Guest) helps the guest choose from the menu.

    Three ways to order:

    • QR code at the table – The guest scans a QR code linked to a specific table. The order is automatically connected to the correct table in the POS.
    • Direct link – Share a link via social media, SMS, or your website. The guest orders for pickup or delivery.
    • Embedded widget – Add an iframe to your own website so guests can order directly from there.

    How it works:

    1. The guest opens the ordering page via QR code, link, or widget
    2. The AI assistant (Chat Guest) greets and helps the guest navigate the menu
    3. The guest places their order through the chat
    4. The order goes directly to the POS and the kitchen KDS
    5. Staff handles the order just like any other order

    Benefits:

    • Reduces wait time for the guest
    • Relieves staff during peak hours
    • The AI handles allergy questions and recommendations automatically
    • All guest data is linked to the CRM
    • Same menu as in the POS – always up to date
