Overview – Online Order

With Online Order, guests order in their browser using a link or QR code. The restaurant chooses whether ordering uses Chat, Meny or both.

Ordering methods:

• Avhämtning (pickup): the guest orders for collection.
• Hemleverans (delivery): the guest provides an address within your configured delivery zones.
• Bordsbeställning (table ordering): the table QR code connects the order to the correct table. With running tabs enabled, guests can order more rounds and pay later.

Share links, download QR codes or get a pickup/delivery widget under Online Order → Dela & länk. Table ordering uses a dedicated table QR code.

From ordering to the kitchen:

1. The guest selects products and options in the menu or gets help from the AI assistant.
2. The guest checks the cart, provides the requested details and pays when required by the ordering flow.
3. Paid pickup and delivery orders appear in the register's Online view. Staff accept them unless auto-accept is enabled.
4. Accepted orders go to the kitchen through your kitchen routing. Running table tabs can be sent to the kitchen before payment.

Configure ordering methods, hours and other options under Online Order → Inställningar. The online menu uses your products but can have separate visibility and pricing.
