Connection Between Online Order and the POS

Online orders are handled in the same system as POS sales. Do not record an already paid online order again as a new purchase.

Pickup and delivery:

1. The guest completes checkout and pays.
2. The order appears in the register's Online view. Without auto-accept, it appears under Nya and awaits staff confirmation.
3. Open the order and select Acceptera when you can fulfil it. Accepted orders go to the kitchen according to your kitchen routing.
4. Advance the status through preparation, ready and collected/delivered. Delivery also includes an out-for-delivery step.

Auto-accept skips manual acceptance for the enabled ordering method. Configure it under Online Order → Inställningar → Beställningssätt.

Table orders: The table QR code connects the order to the table. With a running tab, rounds can go to the kitchen before payment and guests can split payment. Without running tabs, orders are paid immediately.

What staff can see: The order includes its type, products, options, kitchen messages and available guest details. A verified guest can be connected to a customer profile and benefits. This does not mean every anonymous payment gets an identified customer profile.

Admin overview: Under Online Order → Ordrar, read order details and filter by status. The view includes active orders and the 20 most recently completed orders. Its total applies to the displayed orders, not the whole reporting period. Accepting, rejecting and changing status are done in the register.

Payment and changes: An unpaid cart is different from a paid order awaiting acceptance. A digital receipt shows a completed purchase and is not a general payment link. Check the order and payment status before helping the guest continue. Ask a manager about changes or refunds for an already paid order.

Guest payment methods and benefits depend on enabled settings. Products may be visible in the POS but hidden online, and sold-out products may remain visible as sold out in the guest menu.
