Under Swedish cash register law (SFS 2007:592), every sale registered in a cash register must be signed by a control unit (Certified Control Installation, CCA). The signing gives the receipt:

For most traditional à la carte restaurants this is a low practical risk since online order volume is small compared to POS orders. But if you run a pure takeaway or deliver primarily via Online Order, the risk is higher.
We're developing a solution where online orders are signed by the control unit – either directly or via a queue that ensures signing happens before the next Z-report. The goal is to maintain fiscal order without requiring extra hardware.
