My Pages – the Guest's Loyalty View

Your guests have their own self-service page – My Pages – where they log in securely and see their loyalty: points balance, tier, perks and history. Unlike an open link, My Pages is a logged-in view, so each guest only sees their own details.

How the guest logs in

My Pages needs no app and no password:

1. The guest goes to app.vendion.com/mypages (or your restaurant's own address, app.vendion.com/my/your-slug).
2. The guest enters their mobile number.
3. A one-time code is sent by SMS.
4. The guest enters the code and is logged in.

Because login is tied to the mobile number, no one can access anyone else's data.

What the guest sees under Loyalty

• Tier – the guest's current tier with its color, plus "X× points on everything you buy" if the tier has a points multiplier.
• Balance – current points balance plus lifetime points earned.
• Next tier – how much (in SEK) is left to the next tier, with a progress meter.
• Your perks – a list of the tier's perks.
• Recent activity – the latest points events (Earned, Redeemed, Adjusted, Expired) with date and amount.
• Stamp cards – active stamp cards with stamp progress and "X rewards to redeem".

More than loyalty

My Pages gathers the guest's whole relationship with the restaurant in one place. Beyond loyalty, the guest also sees their bookings, receipts and gift cards. If the restaurant is part of a chain with shared loyalty, the guest sees their combined balance across the whole chain.

• Transparency: guests wondering "how many points do I have?" can check for themselves.
• Retention: a concrete page to return to – keeps the loyalty program top of mind.
• Self-service: cuts questions to staff.

How guests find it

Point the guest to app.vendion.com/mypages – in receipt SMS, campaigns or in person. The guest logs in with their mobile number, so it works right away without you creating or sharing any link.

Good to know

• The points section only shows when the loyalty program is active. Stamp cards show independently, if the guest has active cards.
• My Pages has a clean, light default look and needs no configuration.
