Card Fees, Settlement, Balance and Disputes
Categories and articles
Under Bokföring → Kortinlösen (Accounting → Card acquiring) you follow the money from card purchases all the way to the bank. You need access to finance or permission to manage card payments. The page has four tabs: Avräkning (settlement), Utbetalningar (payouts), Saldo (balance) and Reklamationer (disputes). Payouts and changing bank account are described in Payouts to the Bank and Changing Bank Account.
Card fees per month: At the top of Avräkning is Månadsrapport – betalningsavgifter (monthly report – payment fees).
- Choose Månad (month)
- Read Debiterade avgifter (fees charged), Återförda avgifter (fees reversed) and Summa avgifter (total fees)
- Click Ladda ner Excel (download Excel) if you want the summary and every line in a file
The report follows the booking date from the first to the last day of the month, so the payout to the bank may happen in another month. Subscriptions, SMS and your bank's own fees are not included.
What each payout consists of: Below the monthly report there is one card per payout. It shows:
- Bruttoförsäljning (gross sales) and which sales day it covers
- Kommission per korttyp (commission per card type), for example Betalkort (debit card), Kreditkort (credit card), Företagskort (business card) or Kort utgivet utanför EES (card issued outside the EEA)
- Netto till bank (net to bank), the amount deposited in your account
Ladda ner SIE and Ladda ner PDF give you accounting documents for all settlements, and each payout has its own SIE and PDF buttons.
Balance: The Saldo tab shows Beräknat saldo (calculated balance): gross sales minus commission and what has already been paid out. The line På väg till banken (T+2 bankdagar) (on its way to the bank, T+2 banking days) shows money on its way to your account. If it says Försenad utbetalning (delayed payout) in red, a payout has taken longer than usual: contact Vendion support.
Disputes (chargebacks): If a guest disputes a card purchase with their bank, it appears under Reklamationer with Status, Belopp (amount), Försvarsdeadline (defence deadline), Orsak (reason) and Order. The deadline turns red when fewer than five days remain. The status and reason are shown as Adyen gives them, in English. You can't respond to a dispute in Vendion: contact Vendion support well before the deadline and have the receipt and order details ready. Inga reklamationer (no disputes) means there are no cases.
Ask AI Boss: you can also ask, for example, "what did we pay in card fees in October?" or "do we have any disputes?".
