The Activity Log – What Has Happened in Staff
The notification bell shows what is waiting for you. The activity log shows what has already happened. They answer different questions, which is why they are kept apart.
The most common use is quite specific: "what actually happened with Erik's swap on Tuesday?"
Two sizes for you as a manager
The short list sits on Personal ▸ Start, below the things you need to act on. It shows the most recent events without you going anywhere.
The full log opens from there. It can be filtered by event type and by person, and it fetches more history as you scroll — so it does not run out after a week.
Nine kinds of event

Why punches are not in the short list
Clock-ins and clock-outs are hidden in the short list but present in the full log. That is deliberate: fifteen staff write thirty punch rows a day, and they would drown everything else. The short list should show what is worth noticing; the full log should show everything.
If you are looking for a punch, open the full log and filter on Instämpling or Utstämpling, or on the person.
To correct a time, go to Personal ▸ Tider instead. The log tells you what happened; it changes nothing.
The staff member's own view
Every employee has an Aktivitet tab in the staff portal showing what concerns them: their swaps, their absence requests, their shifts. They never see anyone else's rows.
The tab is not in the portal's bottom menu — the way in is the activity card on Hem or a notification you tap. That is deliberate: the card on Hem already shows both news and activity, and two entrances to the same thing would have made the menu longer without making anything easier to find.
