Configure POS Registers
A till is the workstation where staff takes orders, manages tables and accepts payments. Contact Vendion to add a till. Once it is available, you can configure it with the appropriate permission.
Open till settings
- Go to Admin → Enheter → Kassor (Devices → Tills).
- Click the till's row.
- Select the settings tab you need.

Setting changes save where you make them. Check any error messages. An online till may show fewer tabs than a regular POS till.
Name and receipt printer
- Change the display name using the pencil icon on the till row. Enter a clear name, such as Bar till, and select Spara (Save). This does not change the till's registered designation.
- Open Hårdvara → Standard Kvittoskrivare and choose the printer. The selection saves immediately.
- Under Beteende, choose the receipt flow, such as automatic printing or a receipt dialog. Selecting a printer does not mean every sale always prints a paper receipt.
- Test the printer under Enheter → Skrivare → Testa.
Link the device
Open Länka enhet and generate a one-time code. On the till computer's login screen, choose Länka kassa (Link till) and enter the code. It is valid for 15 minutes and can be used once.
If another device is already using the till, Vendion may ask you to confirm a takeover. Check with staff before taking over an active till; its previous session may end.
Check before service
Check the selected till, printer test output and assigned terminal. Use names that help staff choose the right station. Hardware and fees follow your agreement.
