Change Your Password and PIN Code

Vendion uses two separate codes, and it's good to keep them apart:

You change both in the same place: under My profile.
Open My profile
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Choose My profile.
Change your account password
- Find the Change password field.
- Enter your new password (at least 6 characters). Leave the field empty to keep the old one.
- Press Save.
Change your PIN code
The PIN is used to quickly log in to a till and to clock in/out – without typing your email and password every time.
- Find My PIN code.
- Enter a new PIN of 4–6 digits.
- Enter the same PIN again to confirm.
- Press Save.
If you don't have a PIN yet, you activate POS login by setting one here.
Good to know
- The PIN is tied to the active restaurant. If you work at several restaurants, you may need to set a PIN per restaurant.
- Forgot your account password and can't log in at all? Use the forgot-password flow on the login page instead (see the article on resetting your password).
Keep your PIN to yourself – it's your personal key at the till and is linked to what you do there.
