Forgot your password, or just want to change it? You can sort it out yourself straight from the login page.
Request a reset link
- Go to the login page and click the Lösenord (Password) tab.
- Press Glömt lösenord? (Forgot password?) below the login button.
- Enter your email address.
- Press Send reset link.
If an account exists with that address, we'll send a link to your email. For security reasons we always say the email is on its way, whether or not the address exists.
Set a new password
- Open the email and click the link.
- Enter your new password (at least 10 characters).
- Enter the same password again to confirm.
- Press Update password.
Done! You're logged in straight away with the new password.
If the link doesn't work
The reset link is time-limited. If it has expired, you'll see a message to request a new one – just repeat the steps above.
