    Reset Your Password

    Forgot your password, or just want to change it? You can sort it out yourself straight from the login page.

    1. Go to the login page and click the Password tab.
    2. Press Forgot password? below the login button.
    3. Enter your email address.
    4. Press Send reset link.

    If an account exists with that address, we'll send a link to your email. For security reasons we always say the email is on its way, whether or not the address exists.

    Set a new password

    1. Open the email and click the link.
    2. Enter your new password (at least 10 characters).
    3. Enter the same password again to confirm.
    4. Press Update password.

    Done! You're logged in straight away with the new password.

    The reset link is time-limited. If it has expired, you'll see a message to request a new one – just repeat the steps above.
