    Find your way around the chain overview

    Select Till startskärm → Kedjeöversikt (Home screen → Chain overview). Choose a chain if you have several. Its name appears at the top left of the top bar, where you can also switch chain if you have several.

    Shared areas appear when their sharing setting is enabled. Till restaurang (To restaurant) at the top right opens one of the chain’s restaurants directly. On a phone, open the menu with the button at the top left. Your permissions determine the information and actions available. A visible menu item does not automatically let you change everything on its page.

    Just nu and Analytics

    Just nu (Right now) shows today's situation and refreshes every 15 seconds. Analytics compares the restaurants over a period. Both require the Se aggregerad analytics (View aggregated analytics) permission; without it, Just nu shows the restaurants as a list.     Work in one restaurant

    1. Select Restauranger (Restaurants).
    2. Find the location and select Öppna admin (Open admin).
    3. Check the restaurant name in administration.
    4. Use its regular workflow.
    5. Return through Till startskärm → Kedjeöversikt.

    A local menu change affects the selected restaurant. A change to Meny-mall must be published to its intended restaurants. The chain administrator group is administrator in every restaurant in the chain; custom groups can provide more limited access.

    If the chain is missing, check that you are signed in with the correct account and your chain membership is active. Contact the chain administrator if the membership or group needs changing.
