How Your Chain Is Created in Vendion

Vendion helps create the chain and set up its first administrator. The regular customer interface has no button for creating a new chain.

Prepare the details

• Chain name.
• Existing Vendion restaurants to include, with names and organisation numbers to avoid confusion.
• The existing Vendion user who will administer the chain.
• Starting setup: Franchise, Koncern or Egen uppsättning.
• What you want to share: menus, branding, loyalty and gift cards.

Contact Vendion to agree on the setup, scope, cost and timeline. Identify the person responsible for each restaurant and coordinate the connection with them.

Once the chain is set up

1. Sign in at app.vendion.com.
2. Select Till startskärm → Kedjeöversikt (Home screen → Chain overview).
3. Select the chain if you have several.
4. Check Restauranger, Medlemmar and Inställningar (Restaurants, Members and Settings).

Creating the chain and connecting restaurants are separate steps. If the list is empty, complete the connection before publishing a menu to restaurants.

Chain address

The chain receives an address in the app. Inställningar → Grunddata (Settings → Basic information) displays its address segment as Namn i webbadresser (Name in web addresses). You do not need to enter or know it to use Chain overview. Contact Vendion if it needs changing.

Initial checks

Check that the right people have access and the correct sharing settings are enabled. Then prepare and review each shared function. Creating a chain does not mean that menus, branding or gift-card sales are already configured.
