Booking Analytics
Open Analytics++ → Bokningar (Reservations) and choose a period inside the booking view. Follow recorded bookings, party sizes and feedback.
Period selection: Today, this week, this month, last 3 months, custom period.
6 KPI cards:

| Bookings | Bookings that are not cancelled |
| Occupancy rate | Booked guests divided by combined shift capacity times the number of days |
| No-show rate | Recorded no-shows divided by non-cancelled bookings (red above 10%) |
| Avg party | Average party size |
| Most popular | Most booked time slot |
| Advance booking | Average days before visit |
Charts:
Bookings per day – Line chart over time.
Bookings per shift – Stacked bars (lunch, dinner, etc.) per day.
Booking sources – Pie chart (online, manual, phone, Google, walk-in, AI).
Occupancy per weekday – Grouped bars: bookings (gold) + guests (light gold), Mon–Sun.
Heatmap – Most popular booking times:
- Grid: Mon–Sun × 10:00–23:00
- Color intensity = number of bookings
- Hover for exact count
No-show trend – Line chart with no-shows over time.
New vs returning guests – Stacked chart based on each customer’s first booking day within the selected range. New does not necessarily mean their first-ever visit.
Booking status – Pie chart of how bookings break down by status (e.g. confirmed, cancelled, no-show, completed).
NPS trend – Line chart of the NPS value (−100 to +100) over time.
Three tables:

Guest tables show accumulated customer values for guests appearing in the period’s bookings, not just totals for that period. The NPS trend uses recorded responses submitted during the period.
Occupancy is a planning metric, not a minute-by-minute measure of occupied seats. Check shift capacity and booking statuses before comparing periods.
