Average Daily Sales (Snittdagskassa)

Open Analytics++ → Försäljning → Snittdagskassa and choose the period.

The cards

• Snittdagskassa (average daily sales): turnover divided by the number of sales days.
• Försäljningsdagar (sales days): days with paid sales. Days without sales and zero receipts are not counted, so closed days do not pull the average down.
• Omsättning (turnover): paid sales after discount, before refunds.

Days follow the restaurant's business day. Choose Inkl. moms or Exkl. moms; the number of days is the same with both. Tips are not included.

Per week or month

Choose Vecka (week) or Månad (month). The chart shows average daily sales per week or month. The table shows Omsättning, Försäljningsdagar and Snittdagskassa with each period's own day count. If the week or month is not over, it says Pågående period (period in progress); today's sales are then included even though the day is not over.

Compare

Turn on Jämför (compare) to see the comparison under each card. The table gets the columns Jämförelseperiod (comparison period), Jämförelsedagar (comparison days), Jämförelsesnitt (comparison average) and Förändring (change). Weeks or months are paired in date order, so check that the comparison period covers the same kind of days.
