Some items you want to count one by one – a special bottle of wine, the last portions of the day, a guest sale you don't want to oversell. On the Inventory page you see the balance for all items you've chosen to track, with balances and warning levels.
How to find Inventory:
- Open Admin → Meny → Produkter (Menu → Products)
- Choose Lager (Inventory)
What the list shows:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Item | Name and icon. A red Out badge appears if the item is manually marked as out |
| Category | Which menu category the item belongs to |
| Balance | Quantity left, e.g. "8 left". Yellow when running low, red at 0 |
| Last changed | When the balance was last touched |
The balance is tied to sales:
- The balance counts down when an item is added to a saved order, before payment is complete
- Removing an order line or registering a return can restore the quantity. Check Rörelser (Movements) to reconcile what happened
- When the balance reaches 0, the item is blocked instantly in the POS and in online ordering – replenish or adjust the balance when the item is available again
At the top you see a summary: how many items you track, how many have a low balance, and how many are out.
Only items where you've turned on tracking show up here. To start tracking, open the item under Meny → Produkter → Alla artiklar, choose Lager, turn on Spåra lager, enter the quantity and press Spara. If the Lager tab is missing, ask an administrator to check your permissions.
