Keep Track of Stock Levels

Some items you want to count one by one – a special bottle of wine, the last portions of the day, a guest sale you don't want to oversell. On the Inventory page you see the balance for all items you've chosen to track, in real time.
How to find Inventory:
- Go to Admin in the left menu
- Click Inventory
What the list shows:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Item | Name and icon. A red 86 badge appears if the item is manually marked as out |
| Category | Which menu category the item belongs to |
| Balance | Quantity left, e.g. "8 left". Yellow when running low, red at 0 |
| Last changed | When the balance was last touched |
The balance is tied to sales:
- Every time the item is sold at the POS, the balance counts down automatically
- If you void or return an order, the quantity is added back
- When the balance reaches 0, the item is blocked instantly in the POS and in online ordering – you can't accidentally sell something that's out
At the top you see a summary: how many items you track, how many have a low balance, and how many are out.
Only items where you've turned on tracking show up here. To start counting an item, enable it under Menu.
