Filter for Low and Out-of-Stock Items

When you track many items, you don't want to scroll through the whole list to find what's running out. On the Inventory page you filter for exactly that with one click.
How to filter:
- Go to Admin → Inventory
- Click one of the buttons at the top:
| Button | Shows |
|---|---|
| All | All items you track |
| Low | Items that have reached your warning level but aren't out |
| Out | Items with a balance of 0 |
At the top you also see a quick summary with the number of low balance and out items, so you instantly know how much needs attention.
Search for a specific product:
- Type the name in the Search item box
- The list filters as you type
How to use it day to day:
- Click Low before placing a supplier order – you'll see everything that needs restocking
- Click Out to quickly see what must come off the menu or be refilled urgently
- The colors help you: yellow balance = running low, red balance = out
Tip: Set a good warning level on your most important items under Menu → Edit → Inventory. Then the Low filter catches them in time, before they actually run out in the middle of a service.
