View and Disconnect AI Assistants
Every connection to an AI app belongs to one person and one restaurant. The list shows all connections for the restaurant you have selected.
Find the list
Open Integrationer (Integrations) in admin and go to AI-assistenter (AI assistants).
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| AI-app | The app name. If it says Namnet anges av appen själv (The app chose this name), the host next to it shows where answers are sent. |
| Person | The person who approved the connection. The AI works with their permissions. |
| Kopplad (Connected) | When the connection was approved. |
| Senast använd (Last used) | When the app last asked Vendion something. |
| Får (May) | Läsa (Read), or Läsa och ändra (Read and change) if the person allowed the AI to make changes. |
Disconnect
- Tap Koppla från (Disconnect) on the row.
- Confirm. The connection stops working immediately.
To use the app again, the person must reconnect from the AI app.
Permissions follow the person
The AI is checked against the person's permissions on every request. If you remove the person from the restaurant, the connection is closed immediately. If you remove the Använda AI Boss (Use AI Boss) permission, the AI is refused everything until the person has the permission again.
See what the AI has changed
Every change an AI app makes appears in Integrationslogg (Integration log) under Integrations, with the app name and the person. What the AI only reads is not logged.
