It is June 25, 2026. Summer has taken hold of the Swedish West Coast, tourists are beginning to flock, and in Lysekil, something truly special is happening. We are incredibly proud to announce that Nyfjäll Ginbar is now live with Vendion. This isn't just any launch. It is our very first installation.

A major milestone for us at Vendion — and an especially exciting first step because it's happening on our home turf. It is a partnership with local entrepreneurs who are building strong, innovative restaurant and beverage concepts in both Lysekil and Gothenburg. Nyfjäll Ginbar is run in close collaboration between Andreas Upper and Jens Hallberg, alongside Magnus Nyfjäll, the passionate founder of Nyfjäll Destilleri. Together, they have created a destination where genuine craft and an unbeatable guest experience take center stage.

For Andreas, Jens, and Magnus, time is a scarce resource. Building a brand, distilling gin, and running a venue takes up every waking hour.
