The first Vendion POS was installed at Nyfjäll Ginbar in Lysekil on 25 June 2026. It is a milestone for us, made especially meaningful by taking place in our hometown.
Nyfjäll Ginbar is run through a collaboration between Andreas Upper, Jens Hallberg and Magnus Nyfjäll, the person behind Nyfjäll Destilleri. They develop restaurant and drinks concepts with local roots in Lysekil and Gothenburg. The gin bar brings craft, drinks and hospitality together.
A checkout flow for everyday bar service
In a bar, staff need to find the right item, keep track of orders and take payment. When several guests want to order at once, unnecessary steps become noticeable.
Fast payments and straightforward administration are important starting points for the Nyfjäll Ginbar installation.
