Forum in Trollhättan chooses Vendion. Over 1,000 guests before opening.

How did Forum in Trollhättan get over a thousand booked guests before opening?
Forum, Georges Kellos' Italian restaurant and cocktail bar in Trollhättan, Sweden, runs Vendion 360. Table booking went live in the summer while the restaurant was still being built. Together with Georges' marketing, that brought in over a thousand booked guests before the premiere on October 21, 2026.

An Italian kitchen and a cocktail bar under one roof. On Olof Palmes Gata in Trollhättan, Georges Kellos has built Forum, a place where dinner easily turns into a whole evening. Red walls, glittering chandeliers and long tables made for raising a glass.
Forum had its premiere on Wednesday, October 21. By then, over a thousand guests had already booked a table.
A thousand guests before the doors opened
Georges chose Vendion 360, every module in the same system. Table booking went live in the summer, long before the restaurant was finished.
While the builders worked on the premises, Georges worked on the marketing, and all of it led to the same place: the booking page. By the premiere, over a thousand guests had booked a table through Forum's own booking. In the first week alone, more than 450 guests were on the booking list.
On site when it mattered
A restaurant opening is never calm. Vendion was on site in Trollhättan the Monday before the premiere, installing registers, printers and handheld devices. We set up the menu, tables and workflows together with Georges and the team, and through the hectic weeks around the opening we have been just a phone call away.
"Opening a restaurant is chaos in the best possible way. That is when you want a partner who actually shows up. Vendion was here, installed everything on site, set up the system with us and has been there the whole way. It has meant an incredible amount."
Georges Kellos, Forum
From the host stand to the bill
What Georges values most is the whole package. At the host stand, he welcomes the guests and has every booking for the evening in front of him. On his phone, he sees the same thing, wherever he is in the restaurant.
Once a party is seated, everything flows straight into service. The table booked online is the same table the order is placed on, the ticket goes to the kitchen, and the guest pays at the table with Vendion AIO, the entire POS in a handheld device. Nothing changes systems along the way.
"I stand at the host stand with every booking under control, and on my phone I can see the whole evening. Then it just flows into service, orders and payments at the tables. Everything is connected, and that is exactly what I wanted."
Georges Kellos, Forum
The guests have their say
After their visit, guests receive a text message and can rate the evening through the feedback feature in table booking. The answers go straight to Georges, linked to the booking.
The first reviews are already in, and many guests give Forum top marks.
"Forum has been a success from the very first night, and that is no coincidence. Georges has built a fantastic restaurant and filled it with guests before it was even finished. We are proud to be part of the journey and to support restaurateurs with that kind of ambition."
Mikael Selander, CEO and founder of Vendion
For restaurateurs with ambition
Over a thousand booked guests before the premiere. That does not happen by itself. It happens when a restaurateur builds the restaurant and the guest list at the same time.
That is the kind of restaurateur Vendion is built for.
Welcome to Vendion, Georges and the whole team at Forum.
