Support & Installation Technician

Vendion is only as good as the experience the customer gets. You're the person who makes sure that experience is outstanding — from installation in the restaurant's kitchen, through the first lunch service, and every time something breaks. When a restaurateur calls, they should feel they're talking to someone who actually cares and can solve it.

You'll install and configure Vendion's platform at new customers — POS, tablets, printers, and networking. You'll train restaurant staff so they feel confident from the first service. You'll provide first-class support via phone, chat, and email — and step in on-site when needed. Your feedback from the field goes straight into development.

We recruit primarily in Lysekil. We're based here when we visit customers across Sweden.
