    Sales / Account Manager

    About the role

    This isn't a typical sales job. Vendion replaces 4–5 separate systems with one platform — POS, booking, scheduling, guest CRM, analytics — and you help restaurateurs understand what that means for their day-to-day, their margins, and their service staff. When a restaurateur chooses Vendion, it's for years to come. You build the relationship that makes them stay.

    You'll identify and reach out to restaurants that need better tools, run demos digitally and on-site, and own the entire customer journey from first contact to follow-up after three months. You'll work closely with the support and installation team to ensure smooth onboarding — because Vendion's reputation is built after the signature.

    We recruit primarily in Lysekil. From here we meet restaurateurs across Sweden — in person when it matters, digitally the rest of the time.

    We're looking for someone who...

    B2B sales experience
    Genuine ability to build trust and long-term relationships
    Results-driven but empathetic
    Self-driven and structured
    Driver's license and comfortable with customer meetings in the region
    Bonus: experience from POS systems or restaurant tech
