Jessie's Bar opens in Östermalm. With all of Vendion.

"Meet me at Jessie's." That is the tagline of Jessie's Bar, opening on Brahegatan in Östermalm, Stockholm, at the end of October.

It is a bar with food, not a nightclub. International pub food with a Nordic twist, beer, cocktails and a well-chosen wine list. In their own words, it is a social living room in the middle of the city.

Behind Jessie's is the team that runs Sessanta, the Italian wine and food bar on Karlavägen. Jessie's will be their second restaurant.

The whole package came first

With one restaurant already up and running, the team knew exactly what they needed. For Jessie's, the whole package mattered most: POS, table booking, staff and guest data in the same system. And a system that holds up when more venues are added.

Lucas Allskog on the team has an IT background and has built his own tools over the years, including for scheduling. He knows how much time it takes to get different systems talking to each other. With Vendion, he does not need to build anything himself.

What Jessie's looks like in Vendion

Jessie's runs Vendion 360, every module in the same system:

• POS at the bar and on the floor. A stationary POS at the bar, a Vendion AIO with the entire POS in a handheld device, and a mobile card terminal. Tickets go to the kitchen and bar.
• Table booking for both tables and events, connected directly to the table view in the POS.
• Staff with scheduling, staff register and payroll data.
• Marketing with guest profiles, segments and campaigns. Guest data was one of the team's top priorities.
• AI, which is always included.
