Support & Installation Technician
You're the link between Vendion and our customers.
About the role
You install our system on-site at restaurants, make sure everything works, and help customers get started. When something goes wrong, you're the one who fixes it — quickly, calmly, and with a smile. You're also our eyes and ears with the customer, and your feedback is crucial for us to build a better product.
You'll install and configure Vendion's platform at new customers — POS, tablets, printers, and networking. You'll train restaurant staff on the system and make sure they feel confident from day one. You'll provide first-class support via phone, chat, and email — and sometimes on-site.
We're looking for someone who...
Comfortable with tech — networking hardware and IT systems
Service-oriented and patient
Self-driven and solution-focused
Driver's license and comfortable traveling in the region
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Bonus: experience from POS systems or the restaurant industry
