Automatic tags are assigned and removed by the system based on rules you define.

    Pre-set auto-tags:

    TagRule
    Stamgäst (Regular)5+ visits
    Storspenderare (Big spender)Average spend ≥ 800 SEK
    Riskgäst (At-risk guest)Regular + 60+ days since last visit
Ny gäst (New guest)First visit within 30 days
    Återkommande (Returning)3+ visits
    No-show risk2+ no-shows
    Födelsedagsbarn (Birthday)Birthday within 14 days
    Event-gäst (Event guest)Attended ≥ 1 event
    Bowlingälskare (Bowling lover)3+ resource bookings
    Takeaway-gäst (Takeaway guest)≥ 60% takeaway orders
    Bordsgäst (Dine-in guest)≥ 60% table-service orders

    Create a custom auto-tag:

    1. Go to Marknadsföring → Gäster → Taggar
    2. Click Ny Tagg and turn on the Auto-tagging toggle
    3. Define the rule (e.g. "Visits ≥ 10" or "Average spend ≥ 500")
    4. Save

Run auto-tagging: Click Kör auto-tagging to immediately evaluate all rules. Rules are also evaluated on recorded payments and certain booking changes.

    Supported rule types:

    • Number of visits, total spend, average spend (at least/at most)
    • Number of bookings, no-shows
    • Days since last visit, first visit
    • Birthday within X days
    • Number of event bookings and resource bookings (at least)
    • Share or most recent service mode (takeaway, table, dine-in, delivery)

Choose a rule you can complete: Enter spending amounts in SEK. For example, use Snittnota → >= → 800. For a particular activity, choose the event or resource in the segment builder instead. Visit time and specific event/resource rules cannot be completed in the current auto-tag form. The VIP preset’s top 10% rule and numeric equality do not produce a reliable audience either; use at least/at most or a reviewed segment.
